Hollywood Café De Kuip is one of the most unique places in Rotterdam, located next to Feyenoord Stadium De Kuip. It is an American café-restaurant with a distinctive touch: Hollywood!  In this wonderful film cafe, you can sit down on the sofa from Friends, sip a cocktail next to the bow of the Titanic or even play golf with movie celebrities.

About Hollywood Cafe

Since they first opened their door s, in October 2016, Hollywood Cafe’s delicious food and magic atmosphere have earned them many satisfied customers. The venue also consists of a GlowGolf, an illuminated glow in the dark minigolf parcours where film stars appear everywhere. With five locations throughout The Netherlands, rapidly expanding,  Hollywood Cafe & GlowGolf needed to prepare for more feedback at a much faster pace. They needed to make sure guests at every location, old and new, were happy with their visit and eager to return.

Collaboration with SO Connect

Hollywood Cafe started searching for an all-in-one solution to monitor all their reviews in one place and communicate directly with guests, and this led them to SO Connect. Using Reviews, they were able to gain valuable insights that helped deliver a better customer experience in every location. At the same time, with WIFI Marketing, they managed to collect a large database of customer data through WIFI logins, that was later used to send targeted and automated messages with offers and invitations. That allowed Hollywood Cafe & GlowGolf to build strong relationships that turned new customers into regular visitors.

Results and future goals
